Quick answers

What is Neurodivergent Minds?

Neurodivergent Minds is a UK publisher of practical, neurodiversity-affirming guides, printable packs, interactive activities and online CPD courses for neurodivergent adults, families and the professionals who support them. The aim is not to do the neurotypical thing better, but to build a life that works with your neurodivergent mind.

What is the Traffic Light Method™?

A simple way of describing your energy in three colours: green means I have capacity, amber means I need to adapt and red means I need recovery. Amber is the best moment to act. It is explained in our free Energy & Overwhelm Guide.

What is cognitive admin?

The hidden mental work around a task, separate from the task itself: noticing, deciding, sequencing, remembering, switching, monitoring, interpreting and anticipating. It is why starting can feel impossible even when you know exactly what to do.

Where should I start?
