What you're buying, how you get it, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Neurodivergent Minds, 47 Bengal Street, Ancoats, Manchester, M4 6BB, United Kingdom. Email: info@neurodivergentminds.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Neurodivergent Minds.
Everything we sell is digital: downloadable PDF guides and packs, online CPD courses with certificates, and online Little Minds activity worlds. Nothing is posted to you. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay, in pounds sterling.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We never see your card details. Once your payment is confirmed, you get immediate access on screen and we email your download or access links to the address you gave at checkout. Please keep that email: it is how you return to your purchase later or on another device. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Consumers in the UK normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content this right is lost once the content has been delivered or access has begun, if you've asked for it to start straight away and acknowledged this. When you pay at checkout, you are asking for immediate access, and you accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once your download or access begins.
Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page. If digital content you've bought is faulty, can't be accessed, or isn't as described, you're entitled to have it put right, and where that isn't possible, to a refund.
In addition, here's what we do:
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method. To ask for one, email info@neurodivergentminds.com with the email address you used to buy.
Our CPD courses are self-certified professional learning. Each certificate shows the minutes of learning completed and is suitable for your own CPD log or training record. They are not currently accredited by a third-party body. You pass the final assessment with 5 out of 6, and you can retake it as many times as you like.
Our guides, courses and Little Minds activities are practical tools and learning resources. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, therapy, or legal advice, and they can't replace the guidance of a professional who knows you or your child. For legal questions about home education, we point you to Education Otherwise (educationotherwise.org), as we are not qualified to advise on this.
We intend to keep what you've bought available. If we ever need to withdraw a purchased course, world or download, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to keep what you paid for, or a fair refund.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't legally be excluded, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't a reasonably foreseeable result of our breaking these terms.
If something isn't right, please email us first at info@neurodivergentminds.com and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you also keep the protection of your local law. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
