Our commitment to fair, accessible and neurodiversity-affirming support.

We support students fairly and without discrimination, in line with the Equality Act 2010. No one will be treated less favourably because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation, or for any other reason unrelated to their support.
Our service is built around neurodivergent and disabled students. We'll adapt how we work to suit you, for example:
We're neurodiversity-affirming. We don't treat neurodivergence as something to fix. We work with students' strengths and how they actually think and function, and we respect each person's own words for their identity.
