For over 10 years I've supported neurodivergent students to navigate education, burnout, executive functioning, anxiety, sensory needs and the transition into independent adult life. Throughout that time, I saw the same problem again and again - people were often given labels, but not practical strategies that genuinely worked in everyday life.
My aim is to make evidence-informed, neurodiversity-affirming tools accessible to students, families, educators and organisations. Whether through training, CPD, practical guides, educational resources or mentoring services, everything I create is designed to reduce overwhelm and help neurodivergent people thrive in ways that work for their minds.
