About Neurodivergent Minds
Practical tools and real understanding which help neurodivergent people.
For over 10 years I've supported neurodivergent students to navigate education, burnout, executive functioning, anxiety, sensory needs and the transition into independent adult life. Throughout that time, I saw the same problem again and again - people were often given labels, but not practical strategies that genuinely worked in everyday life.
My aim is to make evidence-informed, neurodiversity-affirming tools accessible to students, families, educators and organisations. Whether through training, CPD, practical guides, educational resources or mentoring services, everything I create is designed to reduce overwhelm and help neurodivergent people thrive in ways that work for their minds.
My approach
I don't believe there is a single "right" way to be productive, learn or live. Instead, my work focuses on understanding each person's unique profile of strengths, energy, sensory needs and environment. The goal isn't to help people appear more neurotypical - it's to help them build sustainable, fulfilling and independent lives - confident in their strengths.
The Neurodivergent Minds approach is:
Evidence-informed – grounded in psychology, education and current neurodiversity research.
Neurodiversity-affirming – celebrating difference rather than trying to fix it.
Practical – realistic strategies that can be used at university, work and within home life.
Strengths-based – recognising that understanding strengths is just as important as understanding challenges.
